No, but it needs a few things: a USB 3 port on the back, 4 cores or more, 8GB of memory and Windows 10 or 11. An old desktop or a laptop is fine, as long as it is not the PC you play on. For MiTM it can't be a laptop. Your Second Computer lists good cheap ones.
