What each status means

Undetected: Working and undetected.
Monitoring: Working and undetected. We're keeping a close eye on it.
Partially blocked: Blocked or detected on some anti-cheats, still fine on the others. The chips show which.
Rotating out: Working, but we're moving people off it. Nobody new goes on it.
Detected: Detected. We pulled it and told everyone on it.
Blocked: Blocked by an anti-cheat. We handle it the same as a detection.
Retired: No longer in use.
