After you order: shipping, firmware and support
Your payment takes a few minutes to confirm, and your order page updates on its own when it does. What your order status means explains each status. What happens next depends on what you bought.
Card and firmware on one order
This is what takes time, because we can only build your firmware once you have the card. We need its DNA ID, and you can only read that off the card.
- Right after you pay.
Make your msinfo32 report on your main PC and upload it in the Your card details box on your order page. Do it now, before the card goes in. Your msinfo32 report shows how. - Within 1 to 2 days.
We ship, never on a Sunday, and email you the tracking number. - While it travels.
Your order page follows the tracking for you. Carriers often show nothing until the parcel reaches their depot, so give it a day before you worry. - When the card arrives.
Fit it with Main PC Setup and keep the main PC in the BIOS. Read the DNA ID with MewTools from your second computer and paste it into the same box. Your DNA ID shows how. - A few hours later.
Your build is usually ready in about 2 hours, 24 hours at most. We email you when it is. - About ten minutes more.
You flash it and run the speed test with Flashing your firmware.
Shipping
We ship internationally, and shipping is free and tracked on every order. Hardware ships from GODLIKE's warehouse in China by DHL, UPS, FedEx or DPD, whichever suits your country. The time in transit is the same wherever you are.
- Standard.
Free, 7 to 10 working days in transit. - Express.
$30 flat, however much you order, and 3 to 5 working days in transit. You turn it on at checkout. - Customs.
If your country charges import fees, you pay them. If customs sends a parcel back, we reship it by express for free.
The full rules are in our terms.
Firmware for a card you already have
Send your DNA ID and your msinfo32 report as soon as you've paid. Your build is usually ready about 2 hours after you send the last one, 24 hours at most. Your DNA ID and msinfo32 report has every step.
MiTM
MiTM needs no DNA ID and no msinfo32 report, because it's tied to your second computer, not the card. After you pay, link your Discord so you get the MiTM role. Your MiTM key is uploaded to your order page. Then open a ticket with your order number and we set it up with you. MiTM firmware explains how it works.
Getting your firmware file
Open My Orders, then the order. Once a build is ready, a Download your firmware part shows up there, with a Download button for each card and its DNA ID beside it. If you have more than one card, a card whose build isn't ready yet says Not sent yet.
Your firmware warranty starts the day we hand over the file. Your hardware warranty starts the day the carrier marks the parcel delivered. My Orders shows how long is left on each, and Firmware warranty and upgrades covers claims.
Your activation key
Every build comes with an activator and a key on your order page. MiTM has its own activator. The activator runs on your second computer, and the flashing guide covers the first time.
- After every restart.
Run the activator again each time your main PC restarts. - A key lasts 90 days.
Lifetime keys aren't stable on the key server, so keys last 90 days. That counts from when we activate your key, not from the day we hand it out. The activator shows how long is left. Your order page doesn't. The firmware itself doesn't run out. - A new key is free.
Ask in your ticket before your key runs out and we send you a new one, so it doesn't run out mid-game. Once a key runs out, you can't unlock the card to read or write memory after you restart your main PC.
DMA firmware after you flash covers renewing your key, game updates and bans.
Opening a ticket in our Discord
Questions before you buy go on the support forum. Once you've ordered, you get help through a ticket in our Discord. Forum rules says where each kind of question goes.
- Join the server.
Use discord.gg/mewdma and verify when the server asks you to. - Link your Discord to your MewDMA account.
Use Link my Discord. Once you've bought something, that gives you the Customer role, and the MiTM role if you run MiTM. It can take a couple of minutes. Your account has the details. - Open your ticket.
Those roles open the channels for your build, and tickets and firmware updates happen there. Go to the tickets channel and pick one under Make a selection.

What to put in your ticket
- Every ticket.
Your MewDMA username, the order number from the top of your order page (the one starting with #), and what you're stuck on. - A payment.
The coin and network you sent on, the amount, and the transaction ID (TXID) from your wallet or exchange. Add the Payment ID from the Payment box on your order page too. - A parcel.
The tracking number, and photos of the box if it arrived damaged. - A card or flashing problem.
What DMA card not working lists, so we can start without asking.
Never put your password or a two-step code in a ticket.
Once the file is on your order page, Flashing your firmware is the next step. When everything works, you can leave a review from your order page. Reviews vs vouches says how reviews work.
No account needed. It tells us what to write more of.
