How to find your DMA card's DNA ID and msinfo32

To build your firmware we need your card's DNA ID, an msinfo32 report from your main PC and your card's model. Where to find each one and how to send them.

After you pay, we need three things before we build your firmware. An msinfo32 report from your main PC, your card's DNA ID and the card's model. You send them from your order page. Get them in this order, because the report has to be made before the card goes in.

Your msinfo32 report

msinfo32 is System Information, which comes with Windows 10 and 11. It lists your CPU, motherboard and the rest of your PC, so we can check your board works with the build you bought. Make it on your main PC before you put the card in. DO NOT boot into Windows with the card plugged in until it's flashed.

Save it somewhere easy to find, like your desktop. It saves as a .nfo file. If you used Export by mistake, the .txt file it makes works too

The report includes your computer's name and your Windows user name. Once it's uploaded, only you and our staff can see it.

Your DNA ID

Every DMA card our firmware runs on has a Xilinx Artix-7 chip. Each chip has its own number burned in at the factory, called the Device DNA. Your firmware is built for that number, so it only runs on your card. Changing cards later is covered in Firmware warranty and upgrades.

Reading it

You read it with MewTools, our free tool for DMA cards. It works with 35T, 75T and 100T cards. The file is MewTools.exe, and you can download it straight from GitHub.

The card is in your main PC and the main PC is on, so the card has power. If the card isn't flashed yet, tap Delete or F2 (on most boards) as it starts to go into the BIOS, and leave it there. Main PC Setup shows how
The card's JTAG USB-C port, the one you flash through, is plugged into your second computer. It's printed on the card. If yours isn't labeled, it's the port nearest the gold strip

The DNA ID is a long string of numbers and the letters A to F. Copy and paste it instead of typing it. One wrong character means the firmware won't run on your card.

Your card's model

Pick it from the list in the box, or type it the way it's written on the box or the listing you bought it from. For example, GODLIKE 100T. If you bought the card from us on the same order, it's filled in for you.

Sending them to us

After you pay, open the order from My Orders. A firmware order has a Your card details box with two halves. Paste your DNA ID, pick your card and press Send DNA ID. Then press Browse, choose the .nfo file and press Upload report. You can send the two halves at different times. If your card is still on its way, send the report now and the DNA ID when it arrives. Delivery is usually about 2 hours after the last one is in, 24 hours at most. If you spot a mistake, you can change either half later.

Until both are in, we email you a reminder every 6 hours, for up to 3 days. If the card is on the same order, the DNA ID reminders only start once the card has been delivered. What your order status means explains the red Waiting for you status.

If you're buying for more than one card, each card gets its own box, with its own DNA ID and report. MiTM needs neither, because it's tied to your second computer, not the card.
