DMA ESP, radar and aimbot: what each feature does and what it needs

What ESP, a radar and an aimbot mean on DMA, what each one needs (a fuser, a second monitor or an aim device), and why seeing and aiming are two different things.

DMA software turns the memory your card reads into features. The three you'll hear about most are ESP, a radar and an aimbot. ESP and a radar only show you things, so all they need is a screen. An aimbot moves your mouse, so it also needs an aim device.

ESP

ESP means drawing what the game knows on top of what you see. Players through walls, with boxes, names, health and distance, plus items and loot. The software reads each player's position from memory and works out where they'd be on your screen.

  • What it needs.
A way to see it. On a second monitor, or over your game with a video fuser.
  • Why the fuser needs a black background.
The fuser treats black as see-through. Most software draws ESP on black, so only the boxes sit on your game.

Radar

A radar is a map seen from above, with everyone's position on it. It's simpler than ESP because it doesn't have to line anything up with your game's picture. You'll also see it called a 2D radar, or a web radar when it opens in a browser.

  • What it needs.
Just a screen. Many people put the radar on a second monitor and keep their main screen clean.

Aimbot

An aimbot moves your crosshair for you. It's the one feature that has to reach your main PC, and your second computer can't do that by itself.

  • What it needs.
An aim device like MAKCU or FERRUM. It sits between your mouse and your main PC, and your second computer sends it moves.
  • What the game still sees.
Your aim. The game sees how your crosshair moves, no matter what hardware moves it. Can anti-cheat tell how you aim?

Who makes the features

We don't. The features come from your DMA software, which we don't sell. Which features you get, and how they look, depends on the software and the game. Which DMA software should you get? covers what we suggest. What we do provide is everything that gets the memory to your software: the card, the firmware, the setup help, and the fuser and aim device if you want them.

Common questions

  • Can I use ESP without an aim device?
Yes. Plenty of people only use ESP or a radar.
  • Can I use an aimbot without a fuser?
Yes, an aim device doesn't need a fuser. But you'll want to see what the software sees, so most people use one or a second monitor.
  • Does ESP lag my game?
No. It's drawn on your second computer. Does a DMA card lower your FPS?
  • Is a radar safer than ESP?
Both come from the same memory reads, so the card is just as visible either way. What changes is how you play with what you see.
