A triggerbot clicks for you the moment your crosshair is on an enemy. You still aim yourself. On a DMA setup your software sees the enemy under your crosshair in memory and sends the click through your aim device.

An aimbot pulls your crosshair onto a target (What is a DMA aimbot?). A triggerbot waits until you put it there yourself.
How it works on DMA
Your DMA card sends your main PC's memory to your second computer. The software reads where each enemy is and where your crosshair points, and when they line up it sends a click to your aim device. Your main PC sees a normal mouse click.
Most software lets you set a delay before the shot and a key you hold for it to work.
Colour triggerbots
Most free triggerbots you find for VALORANT are colour bots. They read the pixels on your screen, look for the enemy outline colour and click. They run on your main PC as a script, often AutoHotkey or Python. A DMA triggerbot reads memory instead, on your second computer.
VALORANT
VALORANT runs Riot Vanguard, and only Private and MiTM run it on Intel. Which firmware fits your PC is in VALORANT DMA. None of the software we suggest lists VALORANT, so ask on the support forum what people run.
CS2
CS2 runs VAC on Valve's servers, and Advanced, Premium, Private and MiTM are made for it. None of our firmware works on FACEIT. More in CS2 DMA.
Is a triggerbot detectable?
A triggerbot fires at the same speed every time, faster than people react. Riot lists "Behavior" as a ban reason in VALORANT, and FACEIT trained its Human Input Detection on millions of matches to catch play no person makes. A delay setting helps, but the shots still land the same way fight after fight. More in Can anti-cheat tell how you aim?
