Call of Duty DMA: which firmware, and the TPM and Secure Boot rule

Every DMA build we sell works on Black Ops 7 and Warzone. Why TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot stay on, and how to fix Failed Attestation on an AMD PC.

Black Ops 7, Warzone, Black Ops 6, Modern Warfare III and Modern Warfare II all run Ricochet, and every build we sell works on it. Black Ops 7 and Warzone also want TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot on. With our firmware you leave both on anyway, so there's nothing to fight.

Last checked: October 1, 2026.

Which build to get

Every build works on Ricochet: Advanced, the Premium tiers, Private and MiTM. They all run on a 75T or 100T card, like our GODLIKE 100T. So you pick on budget, your CPU and how many people you're happy to share a device with. Which DMA firmware should you buy? compares them.

  • Also play VALORANT, on Intel?
Private covers Vanguard and Ricochet. It needs an 11th gen or newer Intel CPU, and it doesn't cover EAC.
  • Also play Fortnite, Rust or another EAC game?
Get Advanced, Premium or MiTM. Private isn't made for EAC.
  • On AMD?
Anything but Private. Find your CPU if you aren't sure.

TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot

Black Ops 7 has needed both since it launched on November 14, 2025. Warzone joined it with Season 01 on December 4, 2025.

Since Season 04 in June 2026, a PC that fails the check still starts the game. You get a Failed Attestation Status message and you're put in a separate pool. In Black Ops 7 that leaves you Nuketown 24/7, and in Warzone it leaves Battle Royale Casual.

Leave both on. Our firmware only needs Fast Boot off in the BIOS. Secure Boot and TPM are about how your main PC starts, not what a card can read. Some DMA guides tell you to turn Secure Boot off, and in Call of Duty that locks you out of almost every playlist. Do you need to turn off Secure Boot, TPM or IOMMU? explains each setting and how to check yours.

Failed Attestation with both on

This one comes up on AMD. Activision says AMD fTPM firmware numbered 3.x.0.x can fail the check, and the fix is a BIOS update.

Hardware bans

A ban on your hardware sits on your main PC, the one the game runs on. A DMA card doesn't change that PC's identifiers, so a ban already on it stays. Hardware bans has more.

If you use an aim device, how it moves your mouse matters too. Aim devices explains what that means for MAKCU and FERRUM.

Modern Warfare 4

It isn't on our builds' lists yet. Ask on the support forum before you buy for it.

The software

Blurred, the software we suggest, covers Call of Duty. Which software lists the titles and what to check. We don't sell it. You buy it from Blurred, and they do their own support.
