Hunt: Showdown 1896 runs Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), so you need a DMA build made for EAC. That's Advanced, the Premium tiers or MiTM, and all of them run on AMD or Intel.

What Crytek is doing about cheating
Crytek set up a Fair Play Task Force, a team that works only on cheating. In June 2026 it said it's working on faster bans, better cheat detection, report reviews and spotting suspicious behaviour. It doesn't share the technical details.
That last part matters for DMA. A team looking at how players behave can spot things no matter what hardware you use. Can anti-cheat tell how you aim? explains it.
Everything can and will be detected eventually, no matter what anyone says. Our firmware has had a good track record so far. If a firmware gets detected, we stop sales and alert everyone on it.
