Dead by Daylight runs Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC). From September 2 to 15, 2026, Behaviour also ran a Denuvo Anti-Cheat trial on Steam, then removed it. Our builds made for EAC and Denuvo are Advanced, the Premium tiers and MiTM, so you're covered either way.
Last checked: October 13, 2026. Behaviour says it will look at the trial's data before deciding what's next, so ask before you pay if you're reading this much later.
What happened with Denuvo
Behaviour announced "Anti-Cheat Trials" in August 2026. The first one swapped in Denuvo Anti-Cheat on the Steam version from September 2. During the trial, Steam players who said no to installing it couldn't launch the game. On September 15, Behaviour removed Denuvo again. It called this the first of several trials, so more changes could come.
Denuvo Anti-Cheat is separate from Denuvo's anti-piracy DRM. It's an anti-cheat, and it's already used on top of EAC in ARC Raiders and THE FINALS.

Each one needs a 75T or 100T card, like our GODLIKE 100T, and a board from 2020 or newer. Which DMA firmware should you buy? compares them on everything else.
What else you need
- A second computer to run your software. Second PC for DMA.
- Software that supports Dead by Daylight. We don't sell software. Which DMA software should you get?
- A fuser or a second monitor to see it. Best video fuser for DMA.
Everything can and will be detected eventually, no matter what anyone says. Our firmware has had a good track record so far. If a firmware gets detected, we stop sales and alert everyone on it.

Yes. Every build in the table runs on AMD and Intel.
