FERRUM: yes, it goes to 8000 Hz, but that only counts with an 8 kHz mouse, or if you are replacing a KMBox B+ Pro. With a 1000 Hz mouse, 8000 Hz gets you nothing extra. For everything else, we recommend MAKCU.

It should. FERRUM is KMBox B+ Pro compatible, so software written for a B+ Pro talks to it as-is. You still install the CP210x driver and the Ferrum Utility on your second computer first, then point your software at the COM port the utility reports.

FERRUM: yes. Plug a keyboard into the middle port and it passes through to your main PC like normal. Software on your second computer can also press, hold and let go of keys through FERRUM, the same way it moves your mouse, like tapping a reload key for you. Set the device type to Keyboard in the Ferrum Utility.

No. FERRUM only passes through one device, and Ferrum confirmed a USB hub on that port does not work. Pick the mouse or the keyboard.

Yes, if it has its own USB receiver. Plug the receiver in where the mouse would go. Bluetooth doesn't work, because a Bluetooth mouse talks to your PC directly and never goes through the device.

FERRUM: the CP210x driver, free from Silicon Labs, and the Ferrum Utility, which comes from Ferrum. If their site is down or you can't find it, ask in a ticket in Discord and we send it over.

Put the main PC cable in a port on the back of your motherboard first. Front and top ports can work, but they go through a cable inside the case and can cause dropouts, so use a rear port. Most mice work, wired or wireless with their own USB receiver, but not every one, and Bluetooth does not go through. Check the COM port number and baud rate match what your software expects. Still nothing? Open a ticket in Discord with your motherboard and mouse model. If the unit is faulty, the three months of warranty cover it.

Three months on all of our hardware. Everything is tested before it ships. We ship anywhere, free and tracked. Parcels ship in 1–2 days, not counting Sundays, then take 7 to 10 working days, or 3 to 5 with $30 express, for delivery. Customs and import fees are down to your own country, so if they are charged, they are yours to pay. If customs sends a parcel back, we reship it by express at no cost.
