VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found：是什么意思，怎么解决

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." 的意思是，这个程序需要 Microsoft 的 Visual C++ Redistributable，而你的副机上没有。MSVCP140.dll 和 VCRUNTIME140_1.dll 在同一个安装包里，所以解决办法一样。这是 Windows 的问题，不是卡的问题。

怎么解决

不要从 DLL 网站单独下载这个 DLL。这些文件可能很旧或者带病毒，而 Microsoft 的安装包能一次性全部修好。
