USB To UART+JTAG in Device Manager: what it means and the fix

USB To UART+JTAG under Other devices is your DMA card's JTAG port without its driver. Install it in MewTools so it shows JTAG ACTIVE.

USB To UART+JTAG under Other devices in Device Manager is the GODLIKE 100T's JTAG port without its driver. Once the driver is in, it shows as the CH347 JTAG interface. You need it to read your DNA ID and to flash.

How to fix it

Still not JTAG ACTIVE

  • The cable is in the data port.
    For flashing it goes in the JTAG port. If your card isn't labeled, JTAG is the port nearest the gold strip.
  • The card has no power.
    The main PC has to be on. If the card isn't flashed yet, keep the main PC in the BIOS. DO NOT boot into Windows with the card plugged in until it's flashed.
  • The kill switch is off.
    Shut the main PC down, flip it on, and start the main PC again.

MewTools will not flash has the rest, and Flashing your firmware has every step. Other errors are in DMA error messages.
