"Failed to retrieve Physical Memory Map!" means your DMA software couldn't read the list of where your main PC's RAM sits. Most of the time the link between the card and your second PC dropped while it was reading. Sometimes the software needs a memory map file instead.

How to fix it

  • Cold boot, then run the activator.
A stuck card gives this error too. Cold boot has the steps.
  • Run the MewTools speed test.
If it fails, it's the link. Use the cable from the box, a different rear USB 3 port and flip the USB-C plug. Low DMA speed goes through the rest. A memory map won't fix a bad cable.
  • If the speed test passes, make a memory map.
The software then gets the list from a file instead. DMA memory map shows how for Blurred, and when to make a new one.

If you have a memory map and it still fails, ask your software's support first. Other errors are in DMA error messages.
