+rep my experience was excellent from start to finish. @phantom was always available, answered all my questions, and reassured me throughout the whole process, which made everything much easier. the firmware did take a bit longer than expected. I was initially told it would be ready within 24 hours or less, but there were a few delays, so it ended up taking longer. In the end, though, it wasn't a big issue. @m handled the setup for me, and while his replies could've been a bit more prompt at times, once everything was ready he flashed everything and set up both my main PC and second PC in around 20 minutes. Since then, it's been working great on valorant and Rust without any issues at all. overall, despite the delay, the support and end result were excellent, and I'd definitely recommend them. thanks again
