Buying from the EU: your 14 days to cancel

If you live in the EU, the law gives you 14 days to cancel most things you buy online. We follow that. This page explains how it works with what we sell, and why checkout asks you to tick a box.

The box at checkout

Firmware and MiTM keys are digital, and we start on them right away. Your firmware is built for your card, usually in about 2 hours. A MiTM key goes on your order page.

EU law only lets a shop start on something digital inside the 14 days if you ask it to and agree to lose the 14 days for it. That's what the box is. Checkout asks you to tick it before you pay for firmware or a MiTM key. Then we start right away.

• Ticking the box gives up the 14 days for them.
  Once we've started, you can't cancel them under the 14-day rule.
• Our normal rules still apply.
  If your firmware or MiTM won't run on your board, we fix it or replace it first. In the very rare case it still doesn't work after that, we refund you. Our terms have the full wording.

Cards, fusers and aim devices

Hardware keeps the full 14 days for EU buyers.

• You have 14 days from the day it's delivered.
  Open a ticket in our Discord with your order number and say you want to cancel. You don't have to give a reason.
• Send it back complete.
  In its original box, with everything that came with it. We tell you in the ticket where to send it.
• You pay to send it back.
  We refund what you paid, including the standard shipping, once it's back with us. If it comes back damaged, or used more than you'd need to check it, we can take that off the refund.
• Outside the EU, there are no returns on hardware.
  The warranty covers faults everywhere.

None of this changes your warranty. We still replace a faulty part under the warranty, in the EU or not.
