Flashing is about ten minutes once you know the steps, but the first time can be confusing. What got you? Wrong cable, driver not installed, card not showing in the tool, the switch in the wrong position?

The two we see most in tickets: the cable is in the card's data port instead of the JTAG port, and the kill switch is off so the card has no power. Both are in the flashing guide, but they still catch people.
