How the Premium Tier & Device Rotation System Works

Each tier, T1, T2 and T3, represents the complexity and level of the firmware.

Each tier can have multiple devices active at the same time. For example, T2 may have Device 1, Device 2 and Device 3 available simultaneously. Customers are randomly allocated between the available devices rather than everyone being placed onto one device.

A device also doesn't need to reach its maximum slots before sales are reduced or closed. Once a device has been available for long enough, I'll gradually reduce sales on it to protect the existing users while moving new customers onto a fresh device.

While current devices are being filled, new private devices are continuously being developed and thoroughly tested in the background before release.

This is intentionally different from simply selling the same device until it is no longer viable. Constantly developing and rotating devices costs considerably, but the priority is keeping user concentration low and customers as protected as possible.
