Terms of Service
Last updated
1. The basics
About these terms
MewDMA (“we”, “us”) runs this website and sells DMA hardware, firmware and related products. These terms cover the website, the store, the forum and our community, and they include the shipping, warranty, refund and privacy sections further down this page.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make an account or buy from us.
- Every purchase is made on an account. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Give us accurate details, especially your email and, for hardware, your shipping address.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse our staff or community, or attempt fraud.
Orders and prices
- Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
- An order is confirmed once its payment is confirmed.
- If we can't fulfil an order, for example because of a stock or pricing error, we will contact you, cancel it and return what you paid.
- Bundle discounts and codes apply only as shown at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Payment
We accept cryptocurrency only, processed by NOWPayments. We sell expensive items, and card payments in our market get charged back a lot. Crypto keeps our prices fair and the store open. Why crypto only? explains it in full. Crypto is the only way to pay, and we don't take anything else.
- Send the exact amount shown on the payment page, on the network shown. Network fees are yours to cover.
- A payment that arrives short, late or on the wrong network may not complete the order. Open a ticket in our Discord and we will help sort it out.
- Store credit can be used towards orders and is not exchangeable for cash.
3. Shipping
We ship internationally, and shipping is free and tracked on every order. Expedited shipping is $30 at checkout.
Parcels ship within 1–2 days, never on a Sunday.
Hardware ships from GODLIKE's warehouse in China by DHL, UPS, FedEx or DPD, whichever suits your country. Express is $30 flat however much you order and takes 3 to 5 working days. Standard is free and takes 7 to 10 working days. If customs sends a parcel back, we reship it by express at no cost.
Customs and import fees are down to your own country, so if they are charged, they are yours to pay. Sorry.
Our boxes come with everything you need. If you ever need more support, make a ticket in our Discord.
4. Warranty
Everything is tested before it ships. DMA cards come with factory firmware on them.
All of our hardware comes with a three-month warranty. If something arrives faulty or develops a hardware fault in that time, send us proof, like photos or a video, and we replace it.
Firmware warranties are listed on each firmware's own page. MiTM is covered for as long as your key is renewed.
If we confirm and announce that your firmware's device is blocked or detected, both are handled the same way. For MiTM we only confirm it, since every MiTM device is unique. Inside your warranty, you go onto a new device. Outside it, 40% of what you paid comes off your next order.
A firmware warranty can be extended before it ends, for $100 a month, though upgrading is usually better value. You can hold a slot on a build by paying 50% up front, and that 50% is not refunded. Damage you cause, like a bad flash or a bent slot, is not covered.
A ban from this site, for example for scamming other members, ends every warranty on your account.
5. Refunds
Firmware refund policy
By ordering firmware, you fully acknowledge and agree to these terms.
We fix or replace first. If your firmware or MiTM won't work, we work on it with you and fix it or replace it. On the very rare occasion we still can't get it working after extensive work, and you have followed our instructions and helped us the whole way, we refund you. That is condition 1 below.
1. The only refund condition. A refund is only given if the firmware is flashed successfully but does not show in the host PC's Device Manager, we verify it as a firmware compatibility fault, and we still can't get it working after fixing or replacing it.
2. It is a custom product. Firmware is a highly customised digital product. Once compilation is complete, no refund is given for any reason, even if the file has not been delivered yet, except under condition 1.
3. Your cooperation is required. Setup needs your active cooperation. No refund is given if the failure is due to:
- refusing to follow troubleshooting or setup instructions
- pre-existing hardware or OS faults, such as faulty PCIe or USB ports or problems with your second PC
- unauthorised flashing that leaves the hardware in an abnormal state
4. Delivery is final. Once the firmware is recognised normally in Device Manager, delivery is complete. No refund is given for:
- buyer's remorse, such as “I bought the wrong thing” or “I don't want to use it now”
- physical hardware damage on your end
- user error that triggers the dirty state or other safety lockdowns
Our 1:1 emulation takes an immense amount of research and development. Please purchase responsibly and respect the developers' time.
Buying from the EU. Firmware and MiTM keys start straight away, so at checkout you ask us to start and agree to give up the EU's 14-day cancel right for them. Buying from the EU explains it.
Hardware refunds
There are no returns on hardware. We don't offer refunds on hardware. Every part is tested before it ships, so it won't arrive not working, and refunds would be too costly for us to offer. If something is faulty, the warranty covers it.
Please don't buy if you think you might regret it. Maybe one day we'll be able to offer refunds, though it's unlikely, and we appreciate your understanding.
EU buyers only. EU law gives you 14 days from delivery to return hardware you bought online, and a shop can't take that away. You pay to send it back. Buying from the EU explains how.
Software we suggest
We do not sell software. We only suggest one, in Which software to get, and you buy it from its maker, not from us.
Whatever you buy from a software maker is between you and them. The price, the licence, the support, HWID resets and any refund all follow their rules, not ours. We take no money for it and we are not responsible for it, so we cannot reset it, replace it or refund it.
The card, the firmware, the flashing and anything else you bought here are ours, and the warranty covers them as it always has.
6. Firmware and MiTM
Firmware and digital products
- Firmware is built for you and licensed for your own use, on the card it was made for. It is bound to that card, so a different card needs a new firmware.
- You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy for others, or reverse engineer firmware or any other digital product we supply.
- Sharing or reselling a build ends your licence and any warranty on it, with no refund.
MiTM
- Slots are how many people we take into MiTM. Every MiTM user has their own device, locked to the second computer it is set up on.
- Every account pays a one-time $100.00 entrance fee with its first key. It is an entrance fee, not a deposit, so it is not refunded. After it is paid, you only buy keys to renew.
- A key covers the length of time you bought. Renew by buying another key before it runs out.
What we don't do
- Swap a build for a different one once it has been delivered. Moving up to a better build is an upgrade, and each firmware page says how that works.
- Extend a warranty after it has ended.
- Add anyone to a build once all of its slots are taken.
- Build firmware before your card has arrived. We need its DNA ID, and you can only read that off the card.
- Deliver firmware faster than our usual 2 hours or so.
- Discount a second firmware for a second card.
- Move a firmware or a MiTM key to another person or account.
- Match another seller's price.
- Replace or extend a Blurred licence. Blurred handles those in its own Discord.
- Help with a card bought somewhere else if you have never bought from us.
- Cover damage you caused, like a bad flash or a bent slot. Warranty covers faults, not accidents.
- Move a firmware to a different card for free. In warranty it can be rebuilt for the new card at a small extra cost; check your card works before you buy firmware for it.
7. How you use our products, and the community
Your use
You are responsible for how you use anything you buy from us, and for following the laws where you live and the terms of any software, service or game you use it with. Each firmware page says which anti-cheats that build is made for. That is not a promise about your accounts. We are not responsible for action any third party takes against your accounts.
Community, reviews and content
- Be respectful on the forum, in reviews and in our Discord. No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, illegal content, or posting other people's private information.
- Do not share or sell other people's files, firmware or accounts.
- Reviews must be honest and about a real purchase.
- FERRUM, MAKCU and software are fine to talk about. Competing sellers are not, to keep drama off the site.
- A ban from this site, for example for scamming other members, ends every warranty on your account.
- You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to show it on the site. We may edit or remove content, or restrict accounts, that break these rules.
- We're not responsible for links you click or files you download from the forum or from messages. We try our best to moderate, but some things get through.
Songs you add to the music player
The music player lets you add your own songs. They stay on your device and only play in your browser, and we never upload them. You are responsible for any song you add, so only add music you have bought or have the rights to use. We may remove songs, or the option to add them, at any time.
8. Liability and changes
Disclaimers and liability
Our products come with the warranty described above. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, they are provided as described, without any other promise that they will suit a particular purpose or setup. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost time or lost accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be removed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order; using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Privacy Policy
We only ask for what we need to run your account and get your order to you, and we never sell your information. This is what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your account: email address, username, and your password, which is stored scrambled (hashed) so nobody, including us, can read it. A profile picture and two-factor authentication if you choose to add them.
- Signing in with Google or Discord: the name, email, profile picture and account ID they share with us. A Discord ID also lets us link reviews you wrote in our Discord to your account.
- Orders: what you bought, what you paid, and the payment status and crypto payment details our payment processor sends us.
- Shipping address, for hardware only: the name and address you give at checkout. Firmware and software are delivered digitally, so orders with no hardware never ask for an address.
- Firmware details: what you send us so we can build your firmware, such as your card's DNA ID, its model and an msinfo32 report.
- What you post: forum topics and replies, reviews and their photos, messages, and suggestions.
- Security information: IP addresses, used to protect accounts and block abusive connections, and a record of important account and staff actions.
How we use it
- To run your account and let you sign in.
- To process, build, ship and support your orders, including warranty claims.
- To email you about your orders, and to ask how your purchase is holding up. You can turn review reminders off in your settings.
- To keep the site, the forum and our customers safe from fraud, spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
Only what each service needs to do its job, and never for advertising:
- NOWPayments processes crypto payments.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver hardware.
- Google or Discord, if you choose to sign in with them.
- An image moderation service checks photos uploaded to the site for inappropriate content.
- Google's address search receives what you type into the “Find your address” box at checkout, and the country your connection appears to be in, so it can suggest addresses near you.
- proxycheck.io, a VPN and proxy detection service, receives your IP address when you sign up, to check it is not a VPN or proxy.
- Our email provider sends order and account emails.
- We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our customers and the store from fraud.
We never sell your personal information.
Payments
We don't take card payments, and we never see or store card details. Crypto payments go through NOWPayments. Keep in mind that transactions on a public blockchain can be seen by anyone.
Cookies and storage
We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work: one keeps you signed in, one holds a guest's cart, and one remembers a discount code. Your browser also stores settings like the music player and whether you have seen the intro. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account exists. Order records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, support and our own accounts. Posts and reviews stay up until you or our moderators remove them.
Security
Passwords are hashed, the site is only reachable over an encrypted connection, and only staff who need order details can see them. Shipping information is used only to send your order.
Your choices
- Update your details and email preferences in your settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account, by making a ticket in our Discord. Some order records may need to be kept after an account is deleted.
- Deleting your account doesn't end a warranty that's still running. Claim it in a ticket with your order number.
Age
The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
